What is Crystal Wine?
Crystal Wine is 100% apple-origin liquor, with 4 different options: 14%, 19%, 25% and 40% ABV.
We named it ‘Crystal’ Wine due to its transparent color.
Crystal Wine is created from a mixture of apple wine and eau de vie distilled from apple wine, since we are unable to give it a strong, clean taste if we only use apple wine, and there is no rich aroma if we only use eau de vie.
We especially pride ourselves on making an optimally-blended liquor with excellent ingredients. Our factory makes apple wine by using high quality apples grown through careful soil management and production management based on the experience of operating an apple orchard in Uiseong, which grows the most famous apple in Korea. It is an excellent apple wine that is comparable to European wines, and it is aged in traditional Korean pottery wine jars. We then make the eau de vie from this apple wine, giving it a fresh, clean flavor.
Features of Crystal Wine
The most beautiful thing is that we make ‘Crystal Wine’ by using 100% apples. We combine the best aspects of wine and white spirits. Crystal Wine has a clean taste that can’t be experienced in red wine, as well as a rich fruit aroma that doesn’t come from other white spirits.
One of typical problems with red wine is the unpleasant feeling the next morning, called an RWH (red wine headache). The main reason for this is the tannins generated by the fermentation of the grapes. We found that this matter can be dramatically reduced by filtration and distillation. This process even gives Crystal Wine its transparent color and clean taste. In this way, our crystal wine is closer to white spirits.
An ABV of 14–19% is not too strong, which allows one to feel pleasant for longer when drinking, and leaves one feeling good after drinking. Even those who don’t like alcoholic beverages, as well as first-time wine drinkers, can enjoy our product comfortably with its nice finish.
Wine is considered a ‘beverage’ to some drinkers who prefer a strong alcohol content like vodka or whisky. With an ABV of 25–40%, Crystal Wine can meet their desire by giving them a clean, fresh aroma and taste that can’t be had with general white spirits. Whereas vodka and other spirits have a strong alcohol aroma and taste, Crystal Wine has a delicate smell and balanced taste.
Features of the title and design
Our product has a more transparent color compared to normal white wine. Thus, we use a transparent bottle and the word “Crystal” for a clean, clear aesthetic.
The label’s artwork and calligraphy have a cool and stylish feeling that matches the sense of the word “Crystal.”
In particular, an embossed bottle is also incorporated as an element of the crystal theme.
